Who We Are
Our transactional attorneys have worked for top law firms, and a wide variety of companies and private equity firms, large and small. Attorneys work remotely, resulting in a lean business model that enables us to offer the high-quality services clients expect from major law firms at significantly reduced rates.
Katie Rock started her career working in transactional law and corporate compliance at Latham & Watkins. She subsequently worked in the startup space in Los Angeles, both as a founder of her own company and as Head of Legal of Cargomatic, a venture-backed tech startup. She then began working as outside counsel to private equity firms, primarily assisting them with the negotiation of their high-volume day-to-day contracts, and has worked with many among the top 25 firms globally. She started Rock Legal in 2016 with the aim of streamlining contract negotiations for her private equity and other clients.
